About us
社名のLINE DRIVEは、直線を意味する言葉です。当社は、マーケティングやブランディング、組織開発や人材開発領域を中心に、企業や地域の成長曲線を最短で描けるように伴走しています。
The company name “LINE DRIVE” signifies a straight path. We accompany companies and communities on the fastest growth path, focusing on the areas of marketing, branding, organizational development, and human resource development.
企業や組織を経営・運営するには、事業、マーケティング、人事、財務、経理、法務、総務など様々な機能が必要です。しかし、全ての領域を100点にすることは難しく、また、ある特定の領域だけを100点にしたからといって成長に繋がるとは限りません。

大阪大学卒業後、株式会社電通に入社。マーケティング・ブランディング戦略の立案から各種施策の企画・実施まで幅広く担当。その後、フィンテックのスタートアップに参画し、マーケティング、広報、人事、事業開発、資金調達などに携わる。自身の価値をより幅広く社会に発揮するため、2022年より独立。当社の他、アート・ものづくりカンパニーの株式会社ケント・チャップマンの取締役や、知的障がい者の自立支援を行うNPO法人ダックスの理事長も務める。
After graduating from Osaka University, he joined Dentsu Inc., where he was involved in everything from developing marketing and branding strategies to executing various activities. Later, he joined a fintech startup as an executive officer, where he worked on marketing, public relations, human resources, business development, and fundraising. In 2022, he went independent to broaden his societal impact. In addition to LINE DRIVE Inc., he serves as the CEO of Kent Chapman Inc., an art and manufacturing company, and as chairman of Dachs, an NPO that supports the independence of people with intellectual disabilities.
